Due to growth we are seeking a Civil Engineer to join our team at our headquarters in Minneapolis, MN!

What You Need for this Position:
Bachelors Degree in Civil Engineering
Licensed PE or ability to obtain through reciprocity within 6 months
4+ years of experience in hydrology and hydraulics, water resources engineering, and storm water management
Knowledge of hydrologic and hydraulic modeling software
Proficiencies with MicroStation and GEOPAK Drainage and/or AutoCAD Civil 3D
Experience with AutoCAD, Civil3D
What You Will Be Doing:
Work closely with MnDOT and our City and County clients throughout the state.
Work on high-profile projects using alternative delivery methods such as Design-Build.
Use your technical expertise to design hydrologic and hydraulic modeling, develop roadway drainage and stormwater treatment systems, design erosion control and sediment management best management practices, coordinate and obtain agency permitting, and perform bridge and culvert hydraulic analysis.
