Workers Compensation Attorney

Position Overview
We are seeking an experienced Workers Compensation Attorney to represent clients in workers compensation claims. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of the laws and regulations governing workers compensation and will be adept at negotiating settlements and advocating for clients' rights.

Key Responsibilities

Represent clients in workers compensation hearings and appeals
Prepare and file legal documents, including Section 32s and settlement agreements
Conduct legal research and gather evidence to support clients' cases
Negotiate with insurance companies and opposing counsel to achieve favorable outcomes
Advise clients on their rights and the legal processes involved in workers compensation claims
Stay current on changes in workers compensation law and regulations

Qualifications

Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school
Active license to practice law in the relevant jurisdiction
Minimum of 3 years of experience in workers compensation law
Proven track record of successfully handling claimant cases
Strong negotiation and trial skills
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
