We are a boutique CPA firm located in Boston that offers a suite of Tax, Accounting, Audit, and Family Office Services. We offer out services to individuals, small to midsize business, and non-profit organizations. We are a team of 35 employees and growing. We have been in business sine the late 70s and are continually growing. We offer a suite of benefits including capped busy season hours, unlimited PTO, remote flexibility, flex hours, a customizable client book, and a quick path to partner.
We are looking for the next generation of leaders who want to take this firm to the next level. We have a couple of partners that are looking to retire in the coming years and want motivated individuals who want a path to partnership. While we can be fully remote we prefer individuals in the local are that can be present for major meetings and meet with clients if they are looking to get to partnership.
