Position Overview: This is a CPA Firm that has been proudly built by three Partners and this firm is hiring an additional Tax Manager. This position is on the partner track too!

The Tax Manager will be responsible for overseeing the tax compliance and planning activities for all clients. The Tax Manager will be the lead advisor on all tax services provided by the firm.

Key Responsibilities:

Manage the preparation and filing of federal, state, and local tax returns for individual and corporate clients.
Develop and implement proactive tax planning strategies to ensure clients are taking advantage of all available tax savings opportunities.
Conduct research and provide guidance on the tax implications of complex transactions.
Provide training and mentoring to staff on various tax topics.
Maintain organized records and secure documentation to support tax positions.
Stay abreast of changing tax laws and regulations.
Partner Track

Qualifications:

CPA license.
At least 5 years of experience in tax preparation, tax planning, and research.
Strong knowledge of complex business tax returns.
On-site hybrid schedule.
