Position: Superintendent
Salary: $85,000-$130,000

Position Overview
The Superintendent will oversee and manage the construction site, ensuring that all projects are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards. This role involves coordinating with various teams, ensuring compliance with safety regulations, and maintaining effective communication among stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities

Oversee daily construction operations and ensure project schedules are met.
Coordinate with subcontractors, suppliers, and other stakeholders to ensure project success.
Conduct regular site inspections to monitor compliance with safety standards and regulations.
Manage resources and logistics for construction projects, including personnel and materials.
Prepare and maintain project documentation, including reports and schedules.
Address any issues that arise during the construction process in a timely manner.

Qualifications

Proven experience in multifamily and commercial construction management.
Strong understanding of OSHA regulations and site safety practices, with OSHA 30 certification preferred.
First Aid and CPR certification is a plus.
Experience with earthwork, drainage, and framing processes.
Excellent leadership and communication skills.
Ability to read and interpret blueprints and technical drawings.
