Position Overview: We are seeking an experienced and skilled Multi Family/Affordable Housing Superintendent to join our team. As the Superintendent, you will be responsible for successfully managing the overall construction of our Multi Family and Affordable Housing projects. You will lead the project from start to finish, ensuring that all safety standards, codes, and regulations are met and adhered to.

Key Responsibilities:

Coordinate and manage the entire construction process from start to finish.
Ensure that all safety standards, codes, and regulations are met and adhered to.
Monitor the construction progress of projects and provide regular updates to stakeholders.
Manage and lead a team of construction professionals.
Create and manage project schedules, budgets, and timelines.
Provide quality control and inspect construction work for conformance to codes, standards, and project specifications.
Resolve construction issues promptly.
Supervise subcontractors and suppliers to ensure that work is completed according to specifications and within budget.

Qualifications:

5+ years experience in a Superintendent role
Thorough knowledge of Multi Family and Affordable Housing codes, regulations, and standards.
Excellent problem solving, organization, and communication skills.
Ability to develop and manage project schedules, budgets, and timelines.
Ability to supervise and lead a team of construction professionals.
Exceptional customer service and relationship building skills.
