Nestled in the Rocky Mountains, we are a seasoned commercial and industrial roofing contractor. With over 70 years of expertise, we offer specialized services in roofing repair, metal, waterproofing, and solar panel solutions. We're looking for a Superintendent to join our commercial roofing team!

Position Overview
The Superintendent - Commercial Roofing is responsible for overseeing the planning, execution, and completion of commercial roofing projects. This role ensures that projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards, while maintaining a strong focus on safety and compliance with building codes.

Key Responsibilities

Lead and manage commercial roofing projects from start to finish
Coordinate with project managers, subcontractors, and suppliers to ensure timely delivery of materials and services
Monitor project progress and make adjustments as necessary to stay on schedule
Conduct regular site visits to assess quality of work and adherence to safety protocols
Manage project budgets and control costs to maintain profitability
Ensure compliance with building codes and industry regulations
Supervise and mentor construction teams, providing guidance and support
Review and interpret blueprints and project specifications to ensure accurate execution
Negotiate contracts with subcontractors and suppliers to secure favorable terms
Implement quality control measures to ensure high standards of workmanship

Qualifications

Proven experience as a Superintendent in commercial roofing or construction
Strong project management skills with a background in scheduling and budgeting
In-depth knowledge of commercial roofing systems and techniques
Familiarity with safety management practices and regulations
Ability to read and interpret blueprints and technical drawings
Excellent leadership and team management skills
Strong understanding of building codes and compliance requirements
Effective communication skills, both verbal and written
Proficiency in contract negotiation and vendor management
