Key Responsibilities:

Responsible for managing the entire construction project start to finish.
Creating project plans, budgeting, coordinating with the design team, and working with the job site teams to ensure that the project is completed on time and within budget.
Work directly with Preconstruction Teams, Job Site, Executive Management, and Clients teams to ensure project success.
Prepare permit applications, design calculations, equipment selection, process layouts, engineering specs and cost estimates.

Qualifications:

5+ Years Electrical Project Manager Experience
Electrical Maintenance/Design-Build Experience
Ability to travel to jobsites when needed in NYC/5 Boroughs ~ 25%
College Degree Preferred
