Senior Project Manager

Position Overview
The Senior Project Manager will oversee land development projects from conception through completion, ensuring all facets of the project are executed efficiently and effectively. This role requires a deep understanding of civil engineering principles and the ability to manage multiple projects while collaborating with various stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities

Manage the execution of land development (grading, erosion control), water/wastewater treatment (storage, pump, treatment systems), linear infrastructure, and/or utility design projects.
Utilize AutoCAD and Civil 3D software for design and drafting purposes.
Develop and manage project schedules, budgets, costs, subcontractors, project quality, and client satisfaction.
Provide technical direction and delegate tasks to staff, and review progress sets and deliverables for accuracy and conformance to engineering design standards..
Coordinate with engineers and contractors to ensure project specifications are met.
Oversee the permitting process and conduct feasibility studies for proposed projects.
Ensure compliance with local, state, and federal regulations regarding civil engineering projects.
Mentor junior engineers.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or related field.
Professional Engineer (P.E.) license is required.
Minimum of 8 years of experience in land development and/or water/wastewater projects.
Proficient in AutoCAD and Civil 3D software.
Strong knowledge of erosion control, grading, storage, pump, water treatment systems, hydrology, and general civil design principles.
Experience with permitting processes and conducting feasibility studies.
Excellent leadership, communication, and organizational skills.
