What You Will Be Doing
- Review construction project plans, requirements, drawings, and specifications
- Prepare cost estimates and determine project constructability
- Research material pricing and comply with codes and permits per NFPA 13
- Develop positive and ongoing relationships with Customers to ensure satisfaction
- 5 or more years of project management required
- Experience in Fire protection/Fire Sprinklers highly preferred
- Strong Mechanical Construction experience
- Strong ability to read and interpret construction drawings, project specifications, sprinkler system design drawings, and applicable NFPA codes and standards.
- Self-motivated with a strong desire to succeed.
- Proven ability to work effectively with minimal supervision.
- Fire sprinkler project management skills/experience preferred.
- Highly proficient in the use of personal computers including Microsoft Office Applications, Adobe, Bluebeam, etc.
