Senior Project Manager - Education | Multifamily

Position Overview
The Senior Project Manager will oversee the planning, execution, and completion of multifamily education projects. This role involves collaboration with various stakeholders to ensure that projects meet educational needs while adhering to budget and timelines. The ideal candidate will bring both technical expertise and strong leadership skills to drive project success in the higher education sector.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead and manage multifamily education projects from inception to completion.
  • Coordinate with architects, engineers, and contractors to ensure project alignment with client goals.
  • Develop and maintain project schedules, budgets, and documentation.
  • Conduct regular project meetings to update stakeholders and address any issues that arise.
  • Ensure compliance with all regulatory requirements and industry standards, including DSA guidelines.
  • Utilize Revit to assist in project design and development phases.
  • Mentor junior project managers and team members, fostering professional growth and collaboration.
Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in Architecture, Engineering, Construction Management, or related field.
  • A minimum of 7 years of project management experience in the multifamily or education sector.
  • Professional certifications such as AIA and NCARB are preferred.
  • Proficient in Revit and other relevant project management software.
  • Strong understanding of DSA processes and requirements for educational facilities.
  • Excellent communication and leadership skills to manage cross-functional teams.
