Compensation: $150K - $200K base Depending on experience plus comissions!

The Business Development Manager is responsible for driving sales and business growth in new and existing customers and market verticals within the Photonics Division of our company that specializes in manufacturing best-in-class acousto-optic, electro-optic and fiber-optic components and OEM sub-systems.
The successful candidate will manage and grow new and existing key accounts, create and drive business development plans, successfully expand our market share and execute on new design wins in customers new platforms and NPI.
