RNC Trim Mechanic II

Position Overview
The RNC Trim Mechanic II is responsible for the installation and maintenance of HVAC systems in residential new construction projects. This role ensures that all heating, ventilation, and air conditioning components are properly installed and functioning efficiently.

Key Responsibilities

  • Install and maintain various HVAC systems in residential new construction settings.
  • Interpret and work from blueprints, duct & ventilation plans to ensure accurate installation.
  • Perform fabrication and manufacturing of duct materials and HVAC equipment.
  • Conduct wiring and piping activities for HVAC systems according to safety and quality standards.
  • Install insulation and sealing materials to enhance system efficiency.
  • Utilize brazing and soldering techniques for system assembly and repair.
  • Install and configure fans and dampers to optimize airflow and performance in HVAC systems.
Qualifications
  • High school diploma or equivalent; HVAC certification preferred.
  • Proven experience in HVAC installation, specifically in residential new construction.
  • Strong knowledge of heating systems, air conditioning, and duct materials.
  • Familiarity with HVAC equipment and components, including fans and dampers.
  • Ability to read and interpret blueprints and technical drawings.
  • Experience with insulation, brazing, and soldering techniques.
  • Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
