I started my career in the financial planning industry learning everything there is to know about finances. I developed the skillset of relationship building and establishing rapport with clients while starting my professional career. I moved into the healthcare recruiting field shortly after and quickly fell in love with recruiting. I love interacting with people and learning about what there strengths and weaknesses are. Finding a candidate their dream job is what I strive for and is why I love recruiting.
