We are an established, 30 year old GC who specializes in Multi-Family Construction and we are looking to add an experienced Project Manager to join our team. After 30 years we are continuing to grow and are looking to add a great individual to our team. We have great leadership to learn from with over a 100+ total years of combined experience, we have a large caseload as we have completed 2500 units, and we have a pipeline in order with contracts totaling over $750 million. We are looking for someone to work out of our Nashville office and be part of a great team. What You Will Be Doing:
-Working project start to finish
-Working Directly with the Project Superintendent
-Team player, working with other members of the job-site
What You Need for this Position
-5+ years of Multi-Family Construction experience
-Strong Microsoft computer skills
-Bachelor's Degree is Preferred
