We are a established, growing construction company in NYC. We provide a comprehensive selection of premium, full-service commercial contractor services. We have been serving the area for over 40 years. We are in multiple states and continue to grow. We are looking for an experienced Project Manager or Estimator who has experience with construction ground-up projects to join our team.
What You Need for this Position:
Must Haves:
- 5+ years of PM or Estimator experience
- Commercial construction projects
- 5+ years experience supervising Project Teams, including Superintendents and support staff
- Experience with any of the following: multi-family, mid rise, high rise, apartments, hotels, etc.
Bonus if you have:
- Engineering or Construction Management Degree
