MEP Project Manager

Position Overview
We are seeking an experienced MEP Project Manager to oversee and manage all aspects of Mechanical, Electrical, and Plumbing (MEP) projects. The ideal candidate will be responsible for ensuring that projects are completed on time, within budget, and to the required quality standards while maintaining a strong focus on client satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities

Lead and manage MEP projects from inception to completion, ensuring adherence to project timelines and budgets.
Coordinate with architects, engineers, and subcontractors to ensure effective collaboration and communication throughout the project lifecycle.
Develop and manage project schedules, budgets, and resource allocation, ensuring efficient utilization of staff and materials.
Conduct regular site visits to monitor progress and resolve any issues that arise during construction.
Implement risk management strategies to identify potential project risks and develop mitigation plans accordingly.
Prepare and present project reports to stakeholders, including status updates, financial reports, and performance metrics.
Utilize software tools such as Revit and BIM for project design and management, ensuring accuracy and efficiency in project execution.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Mechanical, Electrical, or Civil Engineering or a related field.
Proven experience as a Project Manager in MEP projects, with a track record of successful project delivery.
Strong knowledge of MEP systems, construction processes, and relevant codes and standards.
Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
Experience with risk management, budgeting, and scheduling in project management.
Familiarity with Revit, BIM, and other relevant design software

Salary - $145,000 - $175,000
