Title: Production Planner - Food Manufacturing
Location: Brookpark, OH
Salary: $75,000-$85,000/Year + Bonus
Requirements: 5+ Years in a Production/Logistics Manufacturing role, preferably in Food and Beverage Manufacturing. A strong knowledge of high speed industrial manufacturing will be required for this role. Leadership qualities in past roles will be important in the success of this candidate while leading large chain logistics and planning.
What You Will Be Doing
In response to customer needs, provide daily and weekly production schedules that optimize plant efficiency.
Responsible for negotiating the cost-effective purchase and delivery of materials in support of production requirements while maintaining minimum inventory levels.
Assist with the purchase of packaging and ingredients for the Specialty Plant.
Maintain existing partnerships with our suppliers and continually look for efficiency and productivity savings.
Utilize forecasting and MFG-Pro systems for inventory needs and managing incoming materials.
Manage and minimize material write-offs.
