We are currently seeking a skilled, motivated, and passionate Personal Injury Attorney to join our team. If you have a strong legal background, a drive for success, and a desire to make a real difference in the lives of your clients, we want to hear from you.
Key Responsibilities:
-Represent clients in personal injury cases, including automobile accidents, slip-and-falls, wrongful death, and product liability claims.
-Handle all aspects of litigation, from case intake through trial.
-Conduct legal research, draft legal documents, and develop case strategies.
-Negotiate settlements on behalf of clients and advocate for maximum compensation.
-Collaborate with a team of attorneys, paralegals, and support staff to manage caseloads efficiently.
-Maintain communication with clients, ensuring they are informed and supported throughout the legal process.
-Keep up-to-date with changes in personal injury law and legal trends in California.
Qualifications:
-Juris Doctor (JD) from an accredited law school.
-Active license to practice law in California.
-5+ years of experience in personal injury law (with trial experience).
-Strong litigation, negotiation, and client communication skills.
-Ability to manage a high caseload while maintaining attention to detail and professionalism.
-Commitment to providing excellent client service and achieving the best possible outcomes.
