Position Overview
The Operations Manager is responsible for overseeing the daily operations of the organization, ensuring efficiency and effectiveness in all processes. This role involves managing projects within the commercial painting and construction sectors, leading teams, and driving strategic initiatives to enhance productivity and profitability.

Key Responsibilities

  • Oversee daily operations and ensure compliance with company policies and industry standards.
  • Manage and coordinate multiple commercial painting and construction projects from inception to completion.
  • Lead and mentor project teams, providing support and guidance to achieve project goals.
  • Develop and implement operational policies and procedures to improve efficiency and quality.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to identify project requirements, timelines, and budgets.
  • Monitor project progress and make adjustments as necessary to ensure successful delivery.
  • Conduct regular meetings with project managers to assess project status and address any challenges.
  • Analyze operational performance and provide reports to senior management.

Qualifications

  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in project management, preferably in the commercial painting or construction industry.
  • Proven experience in project management, with a track record of successful project delivery.
  • Strong understanding of construction operations and management principles.
  • Excellent leadership and team management skills.
  • Effective communication and interpersonal skills to work with various stakeholders.
  • Ability to analyze data and make informed decisions based on operational performance.
