Established (50+ Years) National Firm Seeking Remote Mass Arbitration Attorney
An established firm (50+ years) with a strong national reputation in mass litigation, is seeking a Mass Arbitration Attorney with 3-7+ years of experience to join their team remotely. This role involves handling high-volume arbitration cases, particularly in consumer, employment, or similar mass dispute matters.
Offer:
$110,000-$200,000+ contingent on experience

Qualifications:
3-7+ years of legal experience, preferably in arbitration or mass torts
In-depth understanding of arbitration processes and filing systems
Admission to State Bar in good standing
Excellent legal research, writing, and negotiation skills
Proven ability to manage a high caseload in a fast-paced environment
Responsibilities:
Handle a significant volume of individual arbitration claims from inception to resolution
Draft pleadings, motions, and arbitration briefs while preparing for hearings
Represent clients in arbitration proceedings and settlement negotiations
Collaborate with internal legal teams to develop case strategies and maintain workflow efficiency
Keep current with arbitration laws, procedures, and relevant case developments
Ensure effective client communication and detailed documentation of case progress
