Position Overview
The Maintenance Mechanic is responsible for ensuring the efficient operation of machinery and equipment within the facility. This role involves performing routine maintenance, troubleshooting issues, and implementing repairs on various types of machinery, including labelers, rotary machines, liquid filling machines, and induction sealing equipment.

Key Responsibilities

Perform routine maintenance on machinery and equipment to ensure optimal operation.
Troubleshoot and repair mechanical issues in labelers, rotary machines, liquid filling machines, and induction sealing machines.
Conduct inspections and tests on machinery to identify potential issues before they become critical.
Document maintenance activities and repairs for record-keeping and compliance purposes.
Collaborate with production teams to minimize downtime and enhance production efficiency.

Qualifications

High school diploma or equivalent; technical certification or degree preferred.
Proven experience as a maintenance mechanic or similar role in a manufacturing environment.
Strong knowledge of mechanical systems and machinery operation.
Experience with labelers, rotary machines, liquid filling machines, and induction sealing is highly desirable.
Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
