Position Overview
We are currently seeking a dedicated Litigation Attorney with a minimum of three years of experience to join our esteemed litigation team. The ideal candidate will possess a passion for advocacy and a proven track record of handling complex litigation matters. This position offers a unique opportunity to work alongside experienced attorneys in a collegial atmosphere, focusing on delivering favorable outcomes for clients in high-stakes disputes.

Key Responsibilities

Represent clients in a variety of litigation matters, including commercial disputes and civil litigation
Prepare and file legal documents, including motions, pleadings, and discovery requests
Conduct depositions and participate in court appearances
Develop case strategies and collaborate with colleagues to build compelling arguments
Negotiate settlements and engage in alternative dispute resolution processes
Stay informed on relevant legal precedents and practices in litigation

Qualifications

Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school
Admission to the New Jersey Bar
At least three years of litigation experience, public entity experience preferred
Strong research, writing, and oral advocacy skills
Ability to manage multiple cases and deadlines efficiently
Excellent interpersonal skills and the ability to work effectively with clients and colleagues
