Requirements: 4+ years in residential Land Development, experience in the construction of subdivisions.

Position Overview:
We are seeking an experienced Land Development Project Manager to oversee and manage residential land development projects from concept through completion. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in civil engineering and homebuilding, coupled with exceptional project management skills to ensure projects are delivered on time and within budget.

Key Responsibilities:

Manage all phases of land development projects, including planning, design, and construction.
Coordinate with architects, engineers, and contractors to ensure project specifications are met.
Prepare and manage project budgets, timelines, and schedules.
Ensure compliance with zoning laws, environmental regulations, and other legal requirements.
Conduct site visits and inspections to monitor progress and quality.
Communicate project status to stakeholders and address any issues that arise.
Lead project meetings and provide updates to the project team and clients.

Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or related field.
Minimum of 5 years of experience in land development project management.
Strong knowledge of residential homebuilding processes and regulations.
Proficiency in project management software and tools.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and leadership skills.
Professional certifications such as PMP (Project Management Professional) are a plus.
