Position Overview
The HR Business Partner will serve as a strategic partner to the business, providing expert guidance on HR-related issues and initiatives. This role aims to enhance organizational effectiveness by aligning HR practices with business goals and fostering a positive workplace culture.

Key Responsibilities

  • Partner with business leaders to develop and implement HR strategies that support business objectives.
  • Provide support and guidance in employee relations, performance management, and conflict resolution.
  • Ensure compliance with labor laws and regulations, and provide training in compliance-related matters.
  • Facilitate organizational development initiatives to enhance employee engagement and performance.
  • Lead change management efforts to ensure smooth transitions during organizational changes.
  • Assist in workforce planning and talent acquisition strategies to meet business needs.
  • Manage and optimize the use of HRIS to improve HR service delivery and reporting.
  • Promote diversity and inclusion strategies within the organization.
  • Support leadership development initiatives and provide coaching to managers and supervisors.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field preferred
  • Minimum of 3 years of experience in Human Resources
  • Strong knowledge of HR best practices, labor laws, and regulations.
  • Proven experience in performance management and organizational development.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to influence and build relationships at all levels.
  • Bilingual skills are highly desirable.
  • SHRM certification or equivalent HR certification is preferred.
  • Strong analytical skills and proficiency in HRIS systems.
