Position Overview
The HR Business Partner will serve as a strategic partner to the business, providing expert guidance on HR-related issues and initiatives. This role aims to enhance organizational effectiveness by aligning HR practices with business goals and fostering a positive workplace culture.
Key Responsibilities
- Partner with business leaders to develop and implement HR strategies that support business objectives.
- Provide support and guidance in employee relations, performance management, and conflict resolution.
- Ensure compliance with labor laws and regulations, and provide training in compliance-related matters.
- Facilitate organizational development initiatives to enhance employee engagement and performance.
- Lead change management efforts to ensure smooth transitions during organizational changes.
- Assist in workforce planning and talent acquisition strategies to meet business needs.
- Manage and optimize the use of HRIS to improve HR service delivery and reporting.
- Promote diversity and inclusion strategies within the organization.
- Support leadership development initiatives and provide coaching to managers and supervisors.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field preferred
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in Human Resources
- Strong knowledge of HR best practices, labor laws, and regulations.
- Proven experience in performance management and organizational development.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to influence and build relationships at all levels.
- Bilingual skills are highly desirable.
- SHRM certification or equivalent HR certification is preferred.
- Strong analytical skills and proficiency in HRIS systems.

- Competitive Base Salary: $90,000 - $115,000 in a base
