Foreman - Waste Water

Position Overview
The Foreman - Waste Water will oversee and manage the daily operations and maintenance of waste water treatment facilities. This role focuses on ensuring the efficient and safe functioning of systems related to waste water treatment, while leading a team of skilled workers in civil construction projects.

Key Responsibilities

Supervise daily operations and maintenance of waste water treatment facilities (WWTP).
Lead and coordinate a team of workers on site, ensuring tasks are completed on schedule.
Monitor and maintain quality standards for waste water treatment processes.
Ensure compliance with health, safety, and environmental regulations.
Manage piping and concrete installations related to waste water facilities.
Provide training and support to team members in civil construction practices.
Conduct regular inspections of equipment and facilities to identify and address issues.

Qualifications

Proven experience in waste water treatment facilities (WWTP) management.
Strong knowledge of piping and concrete work in civil construction.
Excellent leadership and team management skills.
Ability to read and interpret blueprints and technical drawings.
Familiarity with health and safety regulations in waste water treatment.
Effective communication and problem-solving skills.
