Job Title: Finance Director
Location: Santa Monica, CA
Salary: $90,000 - $130,000
THIS IS A HYBRID ROLE
Responsibilities:
Results analysis, KPI measurement, and accountability for all facets of the US P&L
Financial accounting, statutory, tax, and payroll duties for the US legal entity
Supporting the Company's headquarters with accounting, reconciliation, and reporting
Collaborate proactively with P&L owners to assist decision-making; create business cases, find new avenues for investment or cost-cutting measures, and streamline internal operations.
Examine, evaluate, and provide an explanation for variations in P&L reports.
Compile and provide KPIs, analysis, and financial data to the Head of Commercial Performance and P&L owners.
Consult closely with the People team before making choices about hiring, headcount, and pay.
Oversee and assist P&L owners in the yearly budgeting process.
Track the performance of the budget, draw attention to problems once a month, and send budget line items for functional leads to examine.
In order to guarantee prompt delivery and audit preparation (schedules & financial statement reporting), collaborate with US audit companies.
Fulfill all tax and compliance obligations.
Process payroll using ADP.
