As a full-service construction management firm working in all 50 states, We specialized in-house services span all phases of the construction process. As a Senior Project Manager at you will have the opportunity to run some of our most challenging and complex projects, in addition to being primarily responsible for developing client relationships. As you grow in your role, you will become the primary point of contact for designated client relationships, making you responsible for overall communication with the client, including regular check-ins, as well as oversight of staff working client projects.

The ideal candidate for this role must have a demonstrated understanding of constructability with an ability to run projects profitably and to the clients' satisfaction, while maintaining effective communication both internally and externally. In the construction industry, there is no room for error when it comes to safety, finance, and quality craftsmanship. The ideal candidate will have a demonstrated understanding of how to manage costs on a project and how decisions made effect the bottom line.
The candidate we're looking for will have the ability to lead by example, work well under pressure, is adaptable to multiple work environments, juggles multiple complex projects at a time, and nurtures strong client relationships while executing core principles.
