Position Overview
We are seeking a dedicated Estate Planning Attorney to join our team in Mount Laurel, NJ. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 2 years of experience in estate planning, specifically with wills, trusts, and tax matters, and must hold a Masters Degree in Taxation. This role offers the opportunity to work closely with clients to develop comprehensive estate plans that meet their unique needs and objectives.
Key Responsibilities
Draft and review wills, trusts, and other estate planning documents
Provide counsel on tax implications related to estate planning
Collaborate with clients to develop strategies for wealth preservation and transfer
Stay informed on current legislation and best practices affecting estate planning and taxation
Work collaboratively with other attorneys and staff to provide holistic legal solutions
Qualifications
Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school
Admission to the New Jersey State Bar
Masters Degree in Taxation (Required) or close to completion
At least 2 years of experience in estate planning, with a focus on wills, trusts, and tax matters
Strong analytical and communication skills
Ability to manage multiple clients and cases simultaneously
