Engineering Manager - Radar/EW/Aerospace
Location: Raleigh, NC (open to relocating candidates)
Salary:$150K-$180K (Salary depends on experience)

Position Overview
We are seeking an experienced Engineering Manager to lead our Radar, Electronic Warfare (EW), and Aerospace projects. The ideal candidate will be responsible for overseeing engineering teams, managing project timelines, and ensuring the successful delivery of innovative solutions in defense and aerospace technology.

Key Responsibilities

Lead and manage engineering teams focused on Radar and Electronic Warfare projects.
Develop project plans, timelines, and resource allocation to meet project objectives.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate advanced technologies into system designs.
Ensure compliance with government regulations and security clearance requirements.
Conduct performance assessments and provide guidance to team members for professional development.
Oversee product validation and testing processes to ensure reliability and performance standards are met.
Engage with stakeholders to define project requirements and communicate progress.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Engineering or a related field; Master's degree preferred.
Proven experience as an Engineering Manager in the defense, aerospace, or related industries.
Experience with RF Embedded Systems, Business Product Development experience preferred
Experience transition Electronic Warfare protypes to products in hardware or software.
Strong knowledge of Electronic Warfare systems and Radar technology.
Experience with system design and signal processing in defense applications.
Familiarity with machine learning algorithms and simulation development.
Security clearance or the ability to obtain one is required.
Excellent leadership, communication, and project management skills.
