Project Manager
Position Overview
We are seeking an experienced Project Manager to oversee and manage various construction projects from inception to completion. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in electrical systems and construction management, enabling them to deliver projects on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead and manage construction projects, ensuring all phases are completed on time and within budget.
- Coordinate with various stakeholders, including clients, contractors, and field engineers, to ensure project specifications are met.
- Develop project plans, schedules, and budgets, and monitor progress throughout the project lifecycle.
- Conduct regular site visits to assess project status and resolve any issues that arise.
- Ensure compliance with all safety and building regulations, including NEC standards.
- Prepare and present project proposals, including estimating costs and resource allocation.
- Manage and mentor project team members, fostering a collaborative team environment.
Qualifications- Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Electrical Engineering, or a related field.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in project management within the construction industry, preferably with an electrical focus.
- Strong knowledge of commercial, industrial, and municipal construction processes and standards.
- Experience with MEP (Mechanical, Electrical, Plumbing) systems and electrical power design.
- Proficient in project management software and tools.
- Excellent communication and leadership skills, with the ability to coordinate teams and manage client relationships.
- Relevant certifications, such as PMP (Project Management Professional) or equivalent, are a plus.
