Position Overview: The Director of Accounting & Finance (Director), reporting directly to the President, leads the day-to-day accounting and finance activities for Dover Health. In that capacity, the Director is responsible for leading and managing the accounting department, maintaining accurate financial records and orchestrating robust financial analyses and timely financial reporting. The Director will assist in the creation of business plans and financial projections and conduct critical analyses of financial and operational performance as compared to projections. The Director works with Executive Directors and Operations team members to understand business trends, identifies key drivers of financial performance, and oversees the implementation of measurable strategies to achieve strong business outcomes. The Director will also be responsible for revenue cycle management and will directly supervise the Dover Health Accounting staff.
