DevOps Engineer - Infrastructure, Aerospace

Position Overview
We are seeking an Infrastructure Engineer to develop and maintain our hybrid infrastructure for cloud and on-prem, ensuring high availability and performance. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in DevOps practices and will be responsible for building and managing scalable, efficient, and secure platforms to support our applications.

Key Responsibilities

Design, implement, and maintain scalable and reliable cloud infrastructure using AWS and Kubernetes.
Develop and automate CI/CD pipelines to streamline the deployment process.
Collaborate with development teams to ensure seamless integration of applications into the platform.
Monitor system performance and troubleshoot issues as they arise.
Implement Infrastructure as Code (IaC) practices using Terraform to manage infrastructure components.
Ensure security best practices are followed in all aspects of platform engineering.
Document system architecture, processes, and procedures for future reference and training.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in a related technical field
3+ years of experience in Software, Platform, Infrastructure engineering including programming skills in Python, Go, or TypeScript.
Experience with CI/CD pipelines, automation tools and processes.
Solid understanding of DevOps principles and practices.
Hands-on experience with AWS and cloud infrastructure as well as on-prem management.
API development and microservices architecture
