What you will be doing
You will be joining the Corporate/Transactional practice area and working closely with the Practice Area leader/team.
What you will need for this position
-At least 3 years of Corporate/Transactional experience
-commercial contracts, private equity, real estate exp a plus
-Tier 1 and Tier 2 schools a plus
-AM Law 100 exp a plus
