Nashville Superintendent
Position Overview
Our Nashville Superintendent will oversee and manage all aspects of commercial painting projects in the Nashville area. This role is responsible for ensuring that projects are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards. The Superintendent will lead a team of painters and ensure adherence to safety regulations and company policies.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage and supervise commercial painting projects from initiation to completion.
- Coordinate and schedule work activities for the painting crew.
- Ensure compliance with safety regulations and maintain a safe work environment.
- Communicate effectively with clients, subcontractors, and team members to ensure project requirements are met.
- Monitor project progress and make adjustments as necessary to meet deadlines and budgetary constraints.
- Conduct regular site inspections to ensure quality control and adherence to project specifications.
- Provide training and support to team members as needed.
Qualifications
- Proven experience as a Superintendent or Foreman in commercial painting.
- Strong knowledge of commercial paint application techniques and coatings.
- Ability to read and interpret blueprints and project specifications.
- Excellent leadership and communication skills.
- Strong organizational and time management abilities.
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
