Job Title: Collections Specialist
Location: Bedford, NH (M-F onsite)
Salary: $55K-$65K

Position Overview
The Collections Specialist will be responsible for managing and collecting outstanding payments from clients, ensuring timely and accurate invoicing, and providing excellent customer service to maintain positive client relationships. This role is crucial for maintaining the financial health of the organization and requires strong communication and organization skills.
We are an environmental services company that specializes in lead and asbestos inspection and abatement. We deal heavily with insurance companies, and most of our clients are disaster restoration companies. As a result, it is our preference that our Collections Specialist has prior experience within insurance and/or disaster restoration.
