Executive Business Development Director - Construction

Position Overview
The Executive Business Development Director for Construction is responsible for driving revenue growth and market expansion in the construction sector. This role focuses on developing strategic partnerships, enhancing client relationships, and leading a team to achieve sales targets while ensuring the company's objectives are met.

Key Responsibilities

Develop and implement business development strategies to increase market share in the construction industry.
Identify and pursue new business opportunities and partnerships within the commercial and industrial sectors.
Lead and mentor a team of business development professionals to enhance their performance and achieve sales goals.
Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients and stakeholders to ensure customer satisfaction and retention.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Construction Management, or a related field.
10+ years of experience in business development, sales, or marketing within the construction industry.
Proven track record of achieving sales targets and driving revenue growth.
Strong understanding of commercial and industrial construction processes and market dynamics.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
