Growing Texas-Based Plaintiff Law Firm Hiring Litigation Associate in McAllen, TX
Tech-driven plaintiff personal injury and insurance litigation firm based in McAllen, TX, is seeking a Litigation Associate to join their team. This role is ideal for recent law school graduates or early-career Associate open to working in McAllen, TX looking to build their litigation experience.
Compensation and Benefits:
80k-90k+ base salary with guaranteed $20k bonus after the 1st year
Performance-based bonus compensation starting in the second year based on settlements
Healthcare benefits with five plan options, all but one covered 100% by the firm

Qualifications:
Recent law school graduate or early-career attorney with strong interest in plaintiff litigation
Willingness to work in-person in McAllen, TX
Licensed to practice law in Texas (or pending licensure)
Bilingual in English and Spanish (preferred)
Responsibilities:
Representing clients in plaintiff personal injury and insurance litigation cases
Drafting pleadings, motions, and discovery documents
Conducting legal research, case analysis, and preparing for trials
Meeting with clients to discuss case strategies and providing regular updates
Collaborating with in-house legal and paralegal teams to manage caseloads effectively
