Position Overview:
We are looking for an experienced and driven General Liability Attorney to join our dynamic team. The successful candidate will handle a diverse range of general liability cases, providing expert legal guidance and representation.
Key Responsibilities:
-Represent clients in general liability cases, including premises liability, product liability, and insurance defense.
-Conduct legal research and prepare necessary documents, such as pleadings, motions, and discovery requests.
-Engage in negotiations and advocate for clients during depositions, mediations, and trials.
-Provide strategic legal advice to clients and keep them informed throughout the litigation process.
-Collaborate with colleagues to develop case strategies and best practices.
Qualifications:
- Juris Doctor (JD) from an accredited law school.
-Active Virginia state bar license.
-Minimum of 4 years of experience in general liability or insurance defense litigation.
-Strong analytical, negotiation, and communication skills.
-Ability to work independently and manage multiple cases effectively.
