What You Will Be Doing
- Assist project executive, project manager and superintendents with supervising and documenting project schedules, change-orders, submittals, budgets, and submit RFIs for approval
- Assist in the maintenance of contract documents for field operations
- Coordinate project activities under the supervision from a project manager
- Attend project meetings onsite and in the office
- Assist with project close-out documentation
- Establish and maintain open, positive relationships with the team, clients, vendors, and suppliers
- Provide in-person support at job sites as required
What You Need for this Position
BS in CM preferred and more than 1 years of experience and knowledge of all phases of construction management including:
- History of managing commercial, mixed-use, and multifamily projects in the New England market preferred
- Exceptional organizational skills
- Experience with pre-construction, estimating ,RFIs, change orders, and submittals preferred
- Strong administrative skills--ability to maintain clear notes, keep organized records and time-management
- Knowledge of Procore, Bluebeam, P6, and other construction-related software preferred
