Job Title: Building Designer
Job Location: Orleans, MA
Salary Range: $60K - $80K + Full Benefits
Requirements: 2+ years of design experience using REVIT and AutoCAD

We currently have an immediate opening for a Building Designer to join our impressive team! The ideal candidate will have a few years of design and drafting experience utilizing REVIT and AutoCAD for residential construction projects.
As the Building Designer, you will be working with project managers, engineers, and contractors to draft residential construction building designs. This includes drafting conceptual models, detailed sections, modeling environmental conditions, maintaining proper documentation, annotating drafts, and more.
Must Have:
1.) 2+ years of building design experience
2.) AutoCAD
3.) REVIT
Nice to Have but Not Required:
1.) Construction experience
Competitive Compensation: $60K - $80K
