We are looking for a Bookkeeping Office Administrative Specialist to join our leading storage solutions company. The ideal candidate would be proficient in Microsoft products (Outlook, Excel), claims management, order entry, bookkeeping (AP/AR, QuickBooks) and supplies management. - General administrative tasks such as order entry, claims, filing
- Scheduling of travel, ordering supplies, shipping
- Light bookkeeping(AP/AR), office accounting and working with other departments as needed such as HR and Finance
- HS Diploma required, Associates degree or higher preferred*
- Proficient Outlook, Excel, ERP system experience preferred (E2 is ideal), QuickBooks and light accounting/bookkeeping background
- Ability to maintain office file system, track and order supplies, bookkeeping, AP/AR or payroll and benefits experience preferred
- Experience with shipping/receiving, claims management, customer service
